Has over 30 years of rich and significant work experience in HR, ER & IR in Indian

and MNCs.

During his professional leadership rolls, has handled HR, ER and IR Process with many challenging situations. As a part of senior team, implemented various HR and ER initiatives.   He is very passionate about people process and Leadership Development initiatives.

A Law Graduate with MBA in HR, additionally acquired specialisation certifications in NLP Master Practioner, NLP Certified Coach and Emotional Intelligence Coach Practioner.  

Has imparted many training and coaching sessions with desired outcome.
